I am Gerri Leventhal, the Principal of findnjhouse.com and Founder of I AM HOMES - Realtor Agent Training.
I have lived and worked in Montclair, NJ for twenty five years. I have always been a top producer and I have trained many agents over the years. I have extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Market and trends. My specialty is in Northern New Jersey Real Estate (The fabulous suburbs of New York City). Throughout my career I have sold homes ranging from $200,000 to $3,500,000 and have written many Realtor Education Books I have taught workshops and have created tools and courses to take anyone to the next level. In 1999 I was the Assistant Manager for Weichert Realtors and led a team of eight agents, I qualified for my Broker’s License in 2000 and I have been training ever since. I also am well known for my real estate advice having published a column in 'Montclair This Month' for many years. Now I am offering my signature tools and training classes to you and I hope they serve you well.
