The Modern Tech Agents have recently been giving the wise and creative Realty Agents a run for their money. Feed some data into a good computer software program and you can quickly get back some decent solution options to cure a client's property problems.


To the numbers crunchers, everything seems so cut and dry. Drop the details into the formula and the computer tells you if the Real Estate Deal is worth doing.


The so-called, Creative Realtors though are not so concerned with prices. Imaginative Realtors know that people fall in love with properties and ideas of what they are going to do to and with a property.
