When it comes to upgrading a property, moving to the next level, finding a bigger place or a more prestigious neighborhood, owners and renters often procrastinate. People know they need a bigger place or that climbing stairs is getting more and more difficult but it is hard to think about leaving the home you have become accustomed to for so many years.


Let's be sensible. Realtors have to be a little pushy sometimes. You've got properties that are suitable for everyone but sometimes the market is slow and no properties are changing hands.

You want to help people live better and be happier but the markets are slow, no one is buying or selling or moving.

A Real Estate Agent works to connect those looking for a specific kind of property that will serve their purposes, with the current property owners of those types of Realty with the desired features. Whether the owners wish to sell or rent is not always the most important issue. People can be convinced to sell and to lease.
