Who taught you, mentored you, took you under their wing? What are their credentials?


I get it, As a Realtor, it sure would be nice for you to land all the big fish clients just based on your reputation alone.


"My record speaks for itself!" You say.

"Uh Huh..." Your audience rolls their eyes.


Why Don't We Believe Advertisers?


Understand first that it is not about more leads, more leads but…BETTER LEADS!


It becomes so much easier to close the deal and easier too when explaining why you are the best when your marketing is attracting a very specific client for you to sales pitch to.


You can hone your pitches and practice to get better and better at convincing people when you know you are going to be sales pitching to the same type of person who has the same concerns that your previous clients have told you is very important to them.


Your experience of working for and helping a particular kind of niche client will over time make you into the very best at satisfying that client type.
