What Makes a Great Realtor?

TOP LOCAL REALTOR!

Setting Up Spectacular Futures For My Clients

By Gerri Leventhal – Real Estate Broker-Author/Realtor Coach

“Setting things up so life is easier to live and keeps getting more and more enjoyable, is what the Real Estate Industry has always been about. We Realtors just want to aide people with living and working happily.”

At heart all great Realtor are Do-Gooders!

Our #1 goal as Real Estate Agents is to get folks the land and properties on which they and their loved ones can thrive. Whether our clients are looking for a Residential Home to move into or a Commercial Business piece of Real Estate in which to set up shop, they all intend to have some great times there. They are looking forward to creating special memories.

Realtors provide a service. We advocate for the micro-neighborhoods inside our consulting territory.

Buyers want to build something on their new property that is going to be worthwhile and meaningful. But Buyers also want to be accepted into the community into which they are moving. Buyers have ambitions, big plans and hopes!

Realtors supply the first step to making those dreams come true.

Contributing to the wellbeing of your clients is a tall order that is not to be taken on lightly. You are responsible for setting up the cornerstones, the strong foundation upon which successful futures will grow.

Remember, the right property makes all things possible. The wrong property can sabotage everything…even the best of intentions and hard fought efforts.

Nothing beats being in the right place at the right time of one’s life.

Realtors are experts at finding you your home base, the place you’ve been looking for, where you were meant to be.

Securing Super Futures starts with finding the right home environment or work place now. What property will suit your client’s present needs and also bring them happiness for many years to come.

Each property you recommend needs to allow its particular buyer and future owner, the very best chance to face off against and succeed against all the challenges living brings their way.

Home life needs to be a safe haven situated in a neighborhood that supports a family’s unique values and goals. The community should offer many personal growth opportunities, especially socially.

The right Commercial Property is ideal for conducting a specific company’s kind of business. The property as well as its location should add to the charm of the company’s brand and enhance the company’s image. Commercial Real Estate is bought for business’s purpose.

Companies go where their customers are. Pros and entrepreneurs go where their products and services are needed.

A Realtor’s job, simply put, is to help people find the right properties that they particularly need so they can thrive in our tough society.

Different homes for different folks!

Location, location, location!

It is all about matching people to Real Estate that solves their problems.

IMPORTANT: Planning your Realtor Marketing Strategy around having the lowest prices or a discounted commission fee, is a grave mistake.

Always bear in mind that you are in an industry that thrives on prestige. You want you, your company’s name and brand to be known for playing an important role in building and improving the towns and communities that you serve!

You want to be known as the Realtor who makes things happen…GOOD THINGS!

Becoming known as the go-to budget Realtor charging the cheapest fee, will limit your customer base extremely. There will also be tons and tons of potential local business networking partners and community leaders who will never want their names associated with you, the cheapest Realtor in town.

There goes all of your future referral business!

If you were a client, would you want everyone talking for years about how you hired the Low Budget Realtor. Many of your wealthy clients will be too embarrassed to recommend you. They do not want their neighbors, friends and business associates knowing they use you, the least expensive Realtor around.

No matter how inexpensive you price your Real Estate Consulting Services, you cannot afford to advertise, promote and market low price as your best selling point. Real Estate is an industry where reputation means everything. People always try to hire the Best Realtor not the cheapest.

The more you advertise how cheap you are, the more you will just tarnish your reputation!

Instead, shout about how good and how ideally suited your services are for a specific type of niche clients… SPECIALIZE!

Cultivate a classy, professional, wise, hardworking and reliable image then take that message to the streets!

I am assuming, of course, that you already know how to deliver great services. The government feels you are an expert. They issued you a license to consult on real estate issues and projects. After-all you did pass your State’s Real Estate Exam, which was no easy feat!

Over delivering, going above and beyond is always great for building your business up but never, ever undercharge.

Ultimately you want to be known as the Realtor that gives his or her all. Also, strive to become the Realtor who knows all the important people in town.

You want past clients to brag about you and tell stories about how you saved them money or made them money or how you salvaged the deal for them that everyone thought was un-savable.

This means you will have to work very hard to establish yourself as the Premier Real Estate Agent in the land.

It is important that you prepare yourself mentally and get psyched up to wage war with your competitors in order to draw in as many clients as you can. Building an admirable, prestigious local brand image is no stroll thru the park.

You have to gain the trust of the people, to be TOP REAL ESTATE AGENT. That means earning customer loyalty, one client at a time and one successful property deal at a time.
