  6. Realtors can give you knowledgeable suggestions so you achieve your goals and realize your dreams.

  7. If you hate paperwork like I do then you need a good Realtor!

  8. Realtors have local connections with mortgage lenders, building contractors, architects… They know the inspectors so they can get your project going, approved and on track to meet your deadlines.

  9. It I less stressful when you know you have a local expert, Licensed Realtor watching out for your interests.

  10. Local Realtors often know about properties that are off the market and not being advertised yet.

  11. Realtors know how to solve real estate related problems. They are experienced at handling difficulties, can remove impediments and will move your deal to completion with less hassles and fewer distractions.

  12. Realtors will make sure your projects and deals are legit and everything is proceeding legally. They are licensed and schooled on all the local laws and regulations.

  13. Realtors can negotiate you, their client, a better deal than you can make on your own!
